The Public Relations Office guarantees clear and accessible information to all those who contact the National Center for Oncological Hadrontherapy (CNAO) for various reasons.

The activity is aimed at:  providing clear and accessible information to everyone about the services offered by the CNAO, thus facilitating its use gathering suggestions and complaints in order to improve the organisation implementing, by listening to citizens and internal communication, processes for checking the quality of services and their approval by users promoting actions in order to improve patient reception.

Citizens can send their questions or report any problems by sending an e-mail to the;e-mail address of the Public Relations Office: or by filling in the appropriate "patient Complaint/Report" form, which can be downloaded by clicking here.

The Public Relations Office undertakes to respond as soon as possible, generally within 7 working days. The Public Relations Office cannot provide clinical evaluations or schedule first visits, for these cases you should contact the Medical Service by calling the number 0382-078.963

Patients who wish to speak to the Public Relations Office can contact Reception, which will contact the appropriate personnel for the request to be appropriately managed.

The Public Relations Office guarantees an adequate reception service coverage time for the public on working days, always keeping the reception of requests via e-mail active.
