You immediately inspired me with confidence

Good morning, I would like;to take this opportunity and I would like this e-mail to be distributed also to the different levels (I hope I have ticked the right boxes in CC). Thank you for the delicate and painstaking work you do every day with us, patients, the elderly and especially children. In spite of the rigour, precision and extreme professionalism that you put at our disposal every day, you have been able, in the midst of the discomfort caused by my therapy, to put me at ease; I have never felt alone, and you have given me the strength to resist and move forward. You immediately inspired me with confidence, calm, with a smile or 2 words of comfort, and always;paying extra attention and listening to even my most trivial requests. I can do nothing but thank you, EVERYONE, from those who received me in the morning, doctors, to the world behind that we, as patients, do not see but which mills behind the corridors every day until the evening. And perhaps because over this month I had daily contact with the therapy technicians and nurses, I want to tell them, without taking anything away from everyone else’s excellent work as I said earlier, that they are EXCEPTIONAL PEOPLE in a centre of;excellence. I know that this email;was not necessary for the Management to know about this. Thank you from the bottom of my heart M.B.
