The atmosphere of sympathy in which the meetings have taken place
Dear Dr Borloni, Dear Dr Valvo, Dear Prof. Erminio Borloni, With this letter, I would like to express my gratitude, as a patient who has recently undergone your treatment, to you and to all the staff of the Foundation that I have had contact with. I have had the opportunity to appreciate, even before the quality of your organisation, which is certainly excellent, the empathy skills of all the staff and the;atmosphere of sympathy in which all the meetings requested on the occasion have taken;place. I realised, after hearing other patients, that this attention is reserved for each and every one. So I also wondered, as I did not have many experiences in Lombardy, if all this was typical of Lombardy in general. But I became convinced that, in any case, there must be a;specific imprint of the CNAO and, therefore, of who those who have and have had the responsibility for the Foundation. With all my gratitude. Kindest regards, Antonio Gay
