At CNAO, I have never felt like just a patient, but rather like a person

Good morning, Having finished yesterday the therapeutic plan and the sessions at your institute, I would like to take this opportunity, since I could not;do it personally with each of you, to thank all the team that has accompanied me (and also those with whom I had no direct contact) for the extremely great professionalism, humanity and kindness that have distinguished you from the first to the;last day, from the;reception staff to the doctors, nurses and all the personnel I have met. >From the very beginning I have never felt like just a patient, but rather like a person, treated with friendliness and respect (and I have seen the same yardstick used with all the other patients).; It may seem obvious coming from the health care staff, but I assure you that it is not, and this makes you (if possible) even more special (in addition to the fact that you have created a;technical excellence of which too little is said). Thank you once again for everything you do and have done for me, I will always be a fan of yours, and I hope that the CNAO will always stay like this and your credit will be recognised even more!
